Engagement Term: From the date of hire until 1 June 2026
The objective of engaging the Video Production & Coverage Team is to produce high-quality video content that documents key campaign milestones and supports storytelling across platforms :
- Review and organize existing footage and campaign materials, including access to and proper use of available WWF-owned assets (photos, videos, brand elements), in coordination with the WWF team;
- Conduct pre-production planning to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, WWF branding guidelines, and content requirements;
- Provide on-site video coverage of campaign activities, capturing key moments, interviews, and B-roll footage while ensuring high-quality audio-visual production (lighting, sound, framing);
- Edit and produce compelling video outputs (e.g., highlight videos, short-form social media content, event recap videos), incorporating graphics, subtitles, music, and branding elements in accordance with WWF guidelines;
- Adapt video outputs into multiple formats suitable for different platforms (horizontal, vertical, square);
- Submit draft outputs for review and implement agreed rounds of revisions based on WWF feedback;
- Ensure all outputs are consistent with WWF branding and messaging standards, and subject to review, clearance, and approval by the WWF Communications Team prior to finalization; and
- Deliver final edited videos in required formats and resolutions, fully aligned with WWF brand guidelines, and provide raw footage files upon request.
- Week 1 (Pre-Production): May 11-15, 2026 Planning, alignment on creative direction, storyboard and shot list development
- Week 2 (Production): May 18-22, 2026 On-site video coverage of the 3-day gamer camp, including interviews and B-roll capture
- Week 3 (Post-Production): May 25-29, 2026 Editing, submission of draft outputs, revisions, and finalization of all video deliverables
