Project Coordinator (Manpower Pooling)
General Description
Supervise the implementation of the assigned project in collaboration with various stakeholders and agencies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the overall implementation of the project activities.
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities in the assigned project
- Updates and maintains the assigned project’s activity database.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders including but not limited to the following: LGU, BIO association, BOA, Bantay Dagat, FARMC, DOT Region V, regional research and academic institutions, national line agencies such as DA-BFAR, DOT, and DENR.
- Submits regular projects reports to the Program Manager and donor as duly prescribed.
- Coordinates and facilitates training programs, meetings and consultations with partners.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager.
Minimum Expected Output
- Monthly Accomplishment Report
- Activity Reports on all project related activities that he/she conducted/facilitated
- Periodic Report (Technical Project Report {TPR)
- Database Maintenance (existing and new)
Minimum Position Requirements
- Education
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Work Experience
- At least three (3) years work experience as project coordinator or similar positions
- Special Qualities/ Skills Required
- Supervisory skills
- Adept in reports preparation using personal computers
- Above average communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent people skills, can relate to all levels of the organization and external parties
- Adept in problem-solving
