Outside WWF: LGUs, NGAs and other external partners for Earth Hour 2026
• Assist the Head of Communications in coordinating with LGUs, NGAs, and partner organizations for Earth Hour 2026, while providing comprehensive support for all social mobilization activities.
• Draft emails, newsletters, reports, and other pertinent written communication outputs for Earth Hour 2026 that the Communications Unit will edit and/or vet and eventually approve.
• Help ensure that database of partners is up to date and reports to immediate supervisor progress and updates from coordinating with partners.
• Attend meetings with the Head of Communications, both virtual and in-person, as necessary.
• Support the documentation of events by maintaining detailed records of all initiatives from social mobilization partners. This includes organizing pre-event preparations, capturing key activities during events, and assisting the production of comprehensive post-event reports to ensure accurate tracking and impact assessment.
• Ensures professionalism in conducting business within and outside WWF.
• Upholds the high-quality standard of WWF’s work
• Internalizes the values of WWF and practices the work ethics of the institution.
• Evaluates own knowledge, skills and competence in the light of the internship requirements and personal aspirations.
• Currently enrolled students or Graduates of Development Studies, Political Science, International Studies, Mass Communications, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, or any related courses from reputable schools.
• Letter of Intent signed by the school and/or parental consent (for minors).
