Project: IMPACT – Hinatuan Surigao del Sur

The World Wide Fund for Nature in the Philippines (WWF-Philippines) is currently implementing the project: Integrating Model of Circular Economy, Public Management and Environmental Efficiency of Mariculture (IMPACT) in Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
As part of this initiative, the project will engage the services of a Consultant for Gender-based Coastal Resource Management to take the lead role in conducting the Training Needs Assessment, processing, and actual conduct of training with the stakeholders in Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, recognizing and promoting the role of women in environmental conservation and sustainable use of coastal resources.
1. Formulate the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Tool
2. Prepare the activity design for the TNA to be conducted
3. Conduct TNA with the Hinatuan CRM stakeholders
4. Process the results of the Training Needs Assessment
5. Submit a report of the results of the TNA
6. Prepare Training Design for the conservation awareness training
7. Conduct site-based conservation awareness training with the participation of women
8. Write and submit a full training report

All expenses incurred during field work will be covered by the Project or through reimbursements with corresponding receipts (cash invoice/ sales invoice) as required.
The estimated budget for the said work will vary depending on the schedule of the conduct of activities.
