Job Title: Program Officer 
Unit: Marketing and Resource Generation 
Reports to: CBPI Program Lead

1) Liaise, coordinate, and manage communications between CBPI and other WWF programs and divisions; 

2) Manage key prospects and accounts for CBPI alongside the Program Lead and Program Manager; 

3) To provide technical and research input for key accounts; 

4) And to assist the Program Manager with other administrative duties as needed. 

The Specific Tasks of the Program Officer: 

1) Work with the CBPI Team and Executive Director in ensuring the implementation of the various engagements with corporate partners, including coordination on preparations, documents, and other reportorial requirements related to CBPI. 

2) Ensuring accounts are managed and funneled properly through the sales process and the full implementation of the CBPI program. 

3) Coordination across the CBPI program and internal channels of both WWF Philippines and the wider WWF International network. 

4) Review, edit, and prepare key documents and presentations for the CBPI program including but not limited to the following: 

a. Pitch decks and briefers 

b. Financial projections and sheets 

c. Reports 

d. Key CBPI deliverables across the Measure, Manage, and Maintain phases
