Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia
The Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA) aims to support countries in Central and Southeast Asia transition towards energy, transport and industry systems aligned with the Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goals. WWF-Philippines, in collaboration with WWF-US and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and with support from the German BMUV International Climate Initiative (IKI), is working on the climate resilience component under the SIPA consortium. As part of the Asia-wide program, WWF Philippines and its partners aim to work collaboratively and build the capacities of government partners and key stakeholders in planning and mainstreaming climate-resilient infrastructure by leveraging and integrating nature-based solutions (NbS) for long-term resilience infrastructure planning.
