Contract Duration: 6 months
Reporting to: Daloy Project Manager
The Daloy Project, led by WWF-Philippines, aims to enhance water security through collective action, governance improvements, and community engagement. The project is actively operating in Cebu, necessitating the hiring of a Project Coordinator to support administrative and operational needs.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities. The role involves coordination with stakeholders, organizing events, documentation, and general office support.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage project documentation, records, and reports.
- Process procurement requests and maintain the office supplies inventory.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Logistics and Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, meetings, and workshops.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for project staff and partners.
- Support the preparation of materials for training and presentations.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with local government units, community representatives, and partner organizations.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders and assist in scheduling meetings.
- Financial Coordination:
- Support the preparation of liquidation reports and expense documentation.
- Monitoring and Documentation:
- Assist in data collection and reporting on project progress.
- Maintain updated project records and support impact assessments.
- Preferably a resident of Cebu City.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in event planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in environmental or development projects is an advantage.
