Documentation of Organization Manual
Unit: Human Resources & Administrative Services
Engagement Term: April 15, 2024 to June 15, 2024 (2 months)
Reports to: Project Lead, Human Resources & Administrative Services Head
Coming from the Strategic Objective to be an NGO of the future crucial to this, is the formalization and systemization of the organizations policies, procedures and processes in order to ensure continual improvement and upgrading its standards becoming an NGO of choice. It is believed that documentation of its organizational overall experience allows a room for standards, orderliness, sustainability, compliance, and growth.
The Technical Writer’s responsibility include:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to gather information.
- Analyzing existing documents and identifying gaps or inconsistencies. - Writing clear, concise, and comprehensive policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring proper formatting, version control, and accessibility.
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and WWF leadership through the Project Lead, HR & Administrative Manager.
- Framework: ISO9001:2015
The Technical Writer will work closely with the Project Lead to ensure deliverables are aligned with the technical guidance to Organization and Policy Manual Project in particular:
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct a comprehensive review and discussion with the SMEs to capture necessary structure, processes, practices, and compliances to be documented.
- Documentation
- Based on findings, produce clear, concise, and comprehensive written output following the formatting with version control, and accessibility.
- Draft Discussion
- Presentation of draft of Organization, Policies, and SOPs Manual.
- Facilitate review discussions for finalization.
- Ensure documentation of the changes / rectifications are captured for the final draft.
- Final Manual
- Delivery and presentation of the Final Organization, Policies, and SOPs Manual, hardcopy (1) set each, and Softcopy.

- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years professional engagement in writing policies and organizational manuals in lieu of educational background.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 framework.
- Strong attention to details.
